油口布置符合ISO 4401-03-02-0-05，可带或不带定位孔。
四种压力等级。
五种回路选项。
带一个或两个压力阀插装件。
可选四种压力调节方式：旋钮；带六角及保护帽的调节套；带刻度的可锁定旋钮；带刻度旋钮。
防腐蚀结构。

ZDB 和 Z2DB 型压力阀为叠加板式先导溢流阀。

用于限制系统压力。

该阀主要由阀体（7）及一个或两个压力阀插装件组成。

通过调节装置（4）设定系统压力。

“VA”型示例：

初始位置时，阀处于关闭状态。A 通道压力作用于阀芯（1），同时经喷嘴（2）作用于阀芯（1）的弹簧加载侧，并经喷嘴（3）作用于先导锥阀（6）。若 A 通道压力超过弹簧（5）的设定值，先导锥阀（6）开启。

液压油从阀芯（1）的弹簧加载侧，经喷嘴（3）和通道（8）流入 T 通道。产生的压降使阀芯（1）移动，打开 A 至 T 的连接，同时保持弹簧（5）所设定的压力。

两个弹簧腔的先导油经 T 通道外部排出。
