测试装置适用于不带集成电子装置的伺服阀液压系统的调试与维修；机器动作异常时，无需拆卸伺服阀即可检查功能并定位故障；采用9 V方形电池或12 V电源单元供电。
测试装置适用于控制和功能测试不带集成电子装置的伺服阀。
测试装置由9 V方形电池供电，电池不随货提供；也可选用VT-SVTNT-2-2X/G12型12 V电源单元。
注意：
测试装置仅可由熟悉装置、阀及液压系统的人员使用。采用相应设置时，装置会忽略系统控制信号，从而使控制侧原有安全防范失效。
对于操作不当造成的损坏，不承担责任。
阀测试。
将电源装置的连接电缆接至测试仪插座（6），或装入电池。
将功能开关（1）设为“ON”→“Power”电源 LED（8）点亮。
使用电池运行时，请执行电池检查：
将选择开关（3）设为“50 mA”
将指令值电位器（4）设为“–100%”
按下按钮（2）进行电池检查
测试装置指示器以百分比显示电池电量。
用测试仪上的选择开关（3）选择阀的线圈类型。
将指令值电位器（4）调至中间位置。
采用合适的阀连接电缆，参见订货代码，连接测试装置插孔（7）与伺服阀。连接电缆的接线使伺服阀两个线圈串联。
缓慢向左或向右旋转指令值电位器（4），同时观察马达或油缸的运动。
伺服阀工作平稳时，可使受控马达或油缸灵敏地向所需方向移动，或到达所需位置。
