Note: Replacement cylinder for series 1X

In case of exchange with series 2X, you also have to exchange the bearing blocks (trunnions)!

Observe XVmin., XVmax. and Xmin.!

Type of mounting MS2: Foot mounting

1) Bleeding: with view to the piston rod, the position is always offset by 90° in relation to the line connection (clockwise)
2) Throttle valve only with end position cushioning "E" (180° for bleeding)
3) Recess max. 2 mm deep, for hexagon socket head cap screws according to ISO 4762
The mounting screws must not be subjected to shear force. The mounting screws according to ISO 4762 (property class 10.9) are to be tightened applying the specified tightening torque Mm.
If the calculated frictional force FR is lower than the maximum cylinder force, a fitting key has to be inserted at the head.
Calculation principle:
▶      The specified frictional force FR refers to a friction factor of 0.2 (steel/steel)
▶      Head-side foot as fixed bearing
▶      Bottom-side foot as loose bearing
